By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 30c platform — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other means — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on this website. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
To use 30c's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
30c reserves the right to request proof of identity and eligibility at any time. Users found not meeting the eligibility requirements above may have their accounts suspended or terminated without prior notice.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 30c platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any accumulated balances or winnings.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. 30c reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID, passport, or other supporting documents at any time to verify your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify 30c's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 30c will not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
Users are prohibited from doing any of the following while using the 30c platform:
All transactions on the 30c platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods include online bank transfers via licensed Malaysian banking institutions, recognised e-wallets, and other local payment methods that may be added from time to time. The most current list of available payment methods can be found on the deposit page within your account.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as the 30c account holder. 30c reserves the right to decline deposits or place withdrawals on hold if there is an identity mismatch or signs of suspicious activity. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the withdrawals page, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. 30c reserves the right to require users to complete a full identity verification process before their first withdrawal is processed.
Every promotion or bonus offered by 30c is subject to the specific terms of that promotion, including rollover requirements, validity periods, and eligible game restrictions. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the promotion terms before claiming any offer. 30c reserves the right to void bonuses or winnings obtained through misuse of promotions.
The 30c platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 30c makes no express or implied warranties regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The presence of such links does not imply that 30c endorses, verifies, or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policy of any third-party website they visit.
30c reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons, to suspend, restrict, or close any user account where there are indications of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, money laundering, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its other users. In such cases, 30c reserves the right to withhold any funds pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 30c support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met and there are no outstanding term violations.
30c reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
